We started with the foundations: market research, opportunity analysis, channel planning, and a full review of their marketing technology stack. From there, we built and ran a paid search programme with structured testing, integrated a data platform to recover user information that was being lost to privacy changes, and developed their subscription offering.
Throughout all of this, we were coaching and mentoring the internal team. The goal was always that they’d be able to run the machine without us. The strategy, the campaigns, the measurement, the decision-making.
What Changed
Almighty went from having no structured digital strategy to having a system that was generating 960% return on paid search within six months. Their subscription revenue grew 48% with consistent month-on-month customer growth. And the data platform recovered 36% of users and over 7,000 conversion events that were previously invisible.
But the outcome that matters most: their team now has the skills and confidence to manage this independently.
